CMA Spring/Summer 2010Dear Members, I hope this brief letter finds you well and walking in the continual favor of the Lord. As I type this letter this morning I am reminiscent of our time together last year. What a great outpouring of the Fathers Goodness and Grace. As many can attest this was once again a great time of worship and fellowship. We were so blessed to have John Paul Jackson, Kirk Duncan and Alan Simpson as our guest speakers. As a team we witnessed the extreme timing of the Lord evidenced in how the entire conference came together. I must admit to all that the staging of last year’s conference was entirely the work of God. We had no speakers scheduled until late summer, and I mean LATE. This can often send one into a bit of panic, YET this great walk of faith is all about being LED rather than resting on our great leadership abilities. I am so honored to be apart of such a group that chooses to follow the leadings and promptings of the Lord without relenting. As a result this was one of our best attended conferences; many were strengthened and challenged as the word of the Lord was direct and powerful in delivery. If you were not able to attend we would love to get you a CD copy of the sessions upon request. CMA CONFERENCE DATES OCTOBER 18, 19,20th 2010 VERNON BC This year we are delighted to have as our Guest Speaker DR.R.T. KENDALL. For those who are unfamiliar with R.T KENDALL, R.T. pastored Westminster Chapel in London for over 25 years. He travels internationally preaching and teaching on Forgiveness and the Balance between the WORD and the SPIRIT. I had the pleasure of sitting under some of his teaching on Forgiveness at a John Paul Jackson conference this past March in Abbotsford BC. R.T. will be our Speaker Monday Night, Tuesday Morning and Tuesday night. Along with R.T. KENDALL we have the honor of having the STREAMS School of Ministry back with us again. Last year the STREAMS team (a ministry school of JP JACKSON) ministered to our membership through prophetic encouragement sessions. Sign up for this ministry will take place on site at the conference. Once again we will be providing a Wed morning breakfast gathering – A chance to sit and eat together. This will take place Wed morning at 9am sharp in the main conference room. Our desire is to eat together (Full Breakfast $11.00 per person) enjoy worship and a closing address. This year we will be continuing our discourse on the topic of international affiliation during our AGM on Tuesday afternoon. There have been multiple requests from leaders outside of Canada to partner with us at CMA – These requests have all come through the ongoing relationships of those in CMA with national leaders in a wide variety of countries. Over this past year many in our fellowship have travelled and connected (visits are ongoing) with pastors and leaders in many areas. This is a big help to us in the discussions of how to come to a workable strategy of further connectedness. One last reminder. Please take advantage of Pre- Registration for this years Conference as it allows our team to better serve you. You may send in your membership dues with your registration or choose to pay online through the website. Please be sure to use the PAYPAL option only for Dues and note on your registration of your choice. If you are unable to attend please note that your Due’s are still required each September to keep your membership intact. In such a case please notify us of your inability to attend.
